    Article 1 - Return of unopened items:

    We will only accept the return of items returned within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.

    Article 2 - Exchanges

    We will only exchange defective or damaged goods. Where you consider a product to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase on the telephone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the fault. We will then advise you how to return the product.

    Article 3 - Shipping

    In the event that the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason, the customer must inform the seller in advance so that the seller can provide instructions for the return of the product. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

    Article 6 - Exception to the right of withdrawal and refund

    Not eligible for return and refund are all custom items made to order from our product catalogue. These items are deemed to be non-refundable or part of a final sale. Nevertheless, personalised products benefit from the right of conformity as defined in our general terms and conditions of sale.
